Which movies are anti-Napoleon Dynamite i.e., non-polarizing, so blatantly genius that it resonates beyond its intended core genre audience?

A bunch of articles re: netflix contest cite Napoleon Dynamite as a troublesome movie in that it is intensely loved by its core audience and equally hated by everyone else.
What are the opposites of such a movie? Something that, say, even if you hate the genre its in, you must grudgingly admit it is a masterpiece.

I'm not really sure what genre Nap Dynamite is in. (Netflix, too, apparently)

It's a Wonderful Life. Even though it's a blatantly feel-good, sentimental Christmas movie, most people who people who hate those sort of movies still admit it's great.

a LOT of people hate juno (i'm not one of them). if we're going from 2007, NCFOM would be the obv. choice. also, this is kind of what RottenTomatoes was invented for.

Groundhog Day, Lebowski, Star Wars, Wedding Singer, Garfield :::
do you guys actually hate the genre these movies are in?

Do people who hate Bill Murray movies cite Groundhog's Day and Garfield as exceptions?

I really don't like Star Wars, and once the pre-quels came out (I saw the 1st and 2nd) my opinion of the franchise moved squarely into Hate.
