hickenlooper's got a weird kind of charisma that i think might play as egghead-and-therefore-senatorial while remaining kinda-goofy-and-therefore-down-to-earth-non-eastern-elitist, and therefore his candidacy has made sense to me, even if i naively would assume that the dude already on the hill is gonna be the most qualified.
