I've been feeling pretty jaded recently, fed up with music, books, work, everything...

I was just wondering what you do to get yourself out of this kind of mood, or is it better to just to wait for it to pass?

Music: late '50s Louis Prima always does it for me. Books: P.G. Wodehouse is the quick fix here, preferably a Blandings novel. Overall, I find having a good time with some friends is the best cure.

I know this is a really reatartedly late response, but I saw it the first day it was up and sometimes some people moan when they shouldn't moan or Howl when they should be not howlin' at all, (the boy who was Howlin' wolf, okay I don't know why I threw that in...), but there are times when you have to let loose and do it for your own personal well being. It doesn't mean you're feeling sorry for yourself or being any sort of elitist self centered person, or you want to end it all necessarily, but just that you know and are sensetive to when your own release valve needs to be drained, and there are many ways of doing this, we all have our own. I think this might just be one of those points where you might need to just say fuck all mathematical or logical sense right now, I just need release. I think as long as you understand it as only that, you will be your normal self again soon. P.S. Don't believe anything this hack says. -H
