This left out the freakshow that is TLC's entire lineup.

My wife enjoys watching the shows, in no small part because of my reaction thereto.

some of them are completely orchestrated complete w/feeding people lines, some of them are basically "set up a camera and watch 10 douchebags live together and give them a situation to deal with".

What's that show that I keep seeing commercials for where people have to like stand on one foot for 60 seconds while a gross dude who looks like he LOVES Sugar Ray wears a FLAME SHIRT and DYED FACIAL HAIR (possibly from a food network show about barbecuing roadkill or something) and yells or something. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS SHOW? I REFUSE TO TUNE IN TO FIND OUT.

ok i'm now reading the wiki for this and it sounds profoundly moronic. The contestant must stack seven Ding Dongs on top of his or her forehead while standing up and leaning back, one at a time. The stack must remain in place for three consecutive seconds; if the stack falls, the contestant must re-stack the Ding Dongs. WHY IS THIS A TV SERIES? IS IT SUCCESSFUL?
