I don't know how big you need, Tom. My living room is 25'x12', and
the kitchen off it is about 15x10. I'm about four minutes walk from
East Ham tube. If there are going to be 50 people it's no good (I can
only seat 10, I think), but if nobody can offer anything bigger then
I'm game. How many are you expecting? I'm expecting to move soon
(selling this house, buying a big flat), but I'll be here at least
well into June.
