"Sanders admitted that he had downloaded child pornography using the program Limewire but that he deleted the files once he noticed that they had been downloaded," FBI Special Agent John Caruthers said.A search of Sanders' computer found the child porn files saved on his hard drive in two "My Documents" folders, Caruthers said.

I wish that said:

At my previous job, we had a temp guy arrested for downloading child porn. His excuse was that he'd hit a bunch of sites that offered hundreds of links to download from, get 'em going, and walk away, not certain exactly what kind of porn he was getting.
Of course, the dude somehow amassed a TERRABYTE worth of pornography with children, so it was kinda hard to take him seriously.
The only good thing I can take from working with a child porn collector is that apparently, I have really good "child porn collector" radar since as soon as I heard the news, I was all like, "Yeah, Joe Lewis. That sounds about right."

Otherwise, downloading grown-up porn at work is an a-ok use of work hours?

he didn't do it at work. He was a temp guy that downloaded kiddie porn on his own time.
that was two years ago. I hadn't really thought about him much since.
Just did a google search, and he was sentenced to ten years in federal prison two weeks ago! I'm sure that he'll find himself to be the belle of the ball in there.

Here's the story. I'm all for fair trials, but c'mon. Look at that mug shot and tell me you wouldn't have convicted him on the spot.
I was really creeped out about it for awhile. It even influenced my decision to seek other work. Not that radio stations are notorious for hiring pedophiles, but just that the whole environment for my professional career needed a reevaluation.
I took solace in the fact that, well, he only collected the stuff and didn't make any himself. Which is a piss-poor excuse, I know.

It is the second time Dochow has been removed from a position as a senior thrift regulator. He was demoted in the early 1990s after federal investigators found that he had delayed and impeded proper regulation of Charles Keating's failed Lincoln Savings and Loan.
