The Douchies, 2009: Nominations

So, in the spirit of keeping it positive in the Zero Nine, I'm inaugurating a new ILX awards program which will celebrate outstanding achievement in the field of douchebaggery during 2008. The categories are as follows:

* Biggest Douchebag in Entertainment and the Arts
* Douchiest Organisation
* Outstanding Contribution to Douchebaggery in Politics
* Dick Move of the Year
*Best Local Douchebag - an opportunity to recognise Douchebags who may not have made an impact on the world stage
* Douchebag of the Year.

HERE COME DEH RULES

1. Nominations can be posted on this thread or you can click on that Webmail link thing if you wanna nominate secretly assuming it works hey who knows?
2. Nominations will close on Sunday 25th January
3. Each category will then be voted for using an exciting poll unless I can be bothered to do it longhand in order to ramp up the suspense/thrills/apathy
4. The panel reserves the right to get really fucking bored of this idea by next Wednesday and drop it like a dead McCann
5. The panel reserves the right to change the rules as it goes along, and welcomes all suggestions that will make this important survey more authoritative/funny

I would imagine the mods would take a very dim view of that kind of thing, so unless the ILXor in question has contributed to the wider world of Douchebaggery or is on the shitlist and can't answer back, I suggest we avoid this.
