Many great bits. Favorite part is the militant who reads his script cues as dialogue. "Slowly the militants turn around." "Sarcastically I am the boss." 2nd favorite might be the sequence where the boom keeps falling into the frame and BD has to try to ignore it.

xpost. this movie sent me on a blaxploitation buying spree. the Shaft films really are ace, taut action with little cheese and lots of style.
it's on DVD now too but I saw it at a local art house cinema cuz they serve food. they shoulda modified the menu to include collard greens

this movie is quite funny, i kinda wasn't expecting it to be (cuz blaxploitation seems so easy to parody) but it was actually a good comedy beyond that.

Just watched this, and I can say that without a doubt Black Dynamite contains the single greatest line of dialogue in film history ("I should have known you’d be behind this, Fiendish Dr. Wu!
