so, all you (gone@gone.com) type dudes that presumably used to post but then left because they didn't like it anymore, how come you decided to stick around, but with sporadic and anonymous postings? obviously it was bad enough for you to leave, but still good enough to observe?

did people in this category leave but didn't find anywhere more interesting on the net? what was it that drew you back to see? i'm guessing (perhaps incorrectly) that you don't have a great opinion of ilx (or you wouldn't look) but its got enough to take up your time?

i hope this question is ok, i'm just fascinated by this at the moment!!

just realised, this probably involves people 'blowing their cover', or more egotistical anonymous crap. this thread was ill-advised and stupid, you can delete if you like. sorry everyone!

It's all Momus' fault, what with all the questionable traffic he drove in.

I did post one of these once recently because I was momentarily very angry at the amount of really horrible and mean-spirited posts certain people are allowed to get away with. But I put that down to being really ill the past two weeks, so reading/posting/etc. with a in that state is probably not a good idea and is not going to lead to much lucid thought or comment.

Still, I don't like this place the way I used to. I think I'm just tired of the internet right now.

well i posted as Poops McGee for a long time and then decided one day to out myself. And as Gareth mentioned in the new ilx thread I'm stuck with the poopsmcgee tag in my damn email now. Damn you tenacious d.

there are very good reasons for leaving and good reasons for checking up that have nothing to do with leisuer. but it's really not anyone's business.

I just got busy. And didn't want any fisting-related googling.
