okay there has been a bird throwing itself at our laundry door window for like 30 minutes now. the cats are thrilled but im having a hitchcockian freakout over here. why is it doing that??

There’s a scrub jay in the nearby park that has started clipping my head when I walk my spaniel there. Like, it will follow us around hopping from tree to tree but swiping my head on the way. It’s probably just being a menace but I think it’s kinda cute.

A robin has started relentlessly kamikaze-diving our basement (and car) window. Apparently they see their reflection and get mad at that other male bird.

maybe it has a nest with babies nearby!!! maybe it covets some spaniel fur to line its nest? have you tried balancing a platform feeder on your head during your walks, one strewn with dog fur and peanuts in the shell
