lols i love her, and not just for my usual shallow reasons.

horseshoe, Friday, 6 March 2009 17:29 (sixteen years ago)

boner state university (cankles), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:29 (sixteen years ago)

she seems like she would be easy to hang with

boner state university (cankles), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:29 (sixteen years ago)

she is really good at everything but comic acting

horseshoe, Friday, 6 March 2009 17:30 (sixteen years ago)

i think i'll vote for the marilyn monroe one because wtf @ supposing to believe ashley judd and mira sorvino are the same person

lady burt stanton (the schef (adam schefter ha ha)), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:30 (sixteen years ago)

her smile is nice

Surmounter, Friday, 6 March 2009 17:30 (sixteen years ago)

i had the misfortune to watch her in that horrible romantic comedy with hugh jackman and she was terrible, but i think she's really good in other bad movies.

horseshoe, Friday, 6 March 2009 17:30 (sixteen years ago)

Smoke.

Ned Trifle II, Friday, 6 March 2009 17:30 (sixteen years ago)

omg i kind of loved it anyway xp

Surmounter, Friday, 6 March 2009 17:31 (sixteen years ago)

And she does really awesome work for YouthAIDS and seems very down to earth. Plus yeah she's gorgeous.

Too Into Dancing to Argue (ENBB), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:31 (sixteen years ago)

wait hugh jackman? which one was that?

Surmounter, Friday, 6 March 2009 17:31 (sixteen years ago)

and she loves college football

boner state university (cankles), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:31 (sixteen years ago)

omg why is she not my friend

horseshoe, Friday, 6 March 2009 17:32 (sixteen years ago)

I wish we could all hang out and east creme eggs with her. I'm just going to assume that she would be down for that.

Too Into Dancing to Argue (ENBB), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:33 (sixteen years ago)

oops "eat" not "east"

Too Into Dancing to Argue (ENBB), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:33 (sixteen years ago)

We just saw "Twisted" last weekend and I am kind of convinced it is one of the dumbest movies ever made, like beyond "Roadhouse" dumb because there is absolutely ZERO acknowledgment of the complete and utter ridiculousness of the movie's premise.

Wes HI DEREson (HI DERE), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:33 (sixteen years ago)

o god a time to kill. fuck that movie.

i watch "where the heart is" whenever it's on tv, which is often.

horseshoe, Friday, 6 March 2009 17:34 (sixteen years ago)

it's TERRIBLE

horseshoe, Friday, 6 March 2009 17:34 (sixteen years ago)

i voted for "reaction shots during college basketball games"

wow heaven is cool (J0rdan S.), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:34 (sixteen years ago)

The best month I ever had in college was when I was dating a girl that looked exactly like Ashley Judd. Pretty, very intelligent, unfortunately she turned out to be a little crazy as well and ended the blissful month with a trainwreck of an exclamation point.

legendary North American forest ape (jon /via/ chi 2.0), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:35 (sixteen years ago)

a while back i had a big time crush on an older lady (read: 28) who looks exactly like her, so mixed feelings here - mostly positive tho~

boner state university (cankles), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:36 (sixteen years ago)

an older lady (read: 28)

OLDER!!??

Too Into Dancing to Argue (ENBB), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:37 (sixteen years ago)

ade is a child

horseshoe, Friday, 6 March 2009 17:38 (sixteen years ago)

Yeah but phrased like that it sounded like he meant older in the general sense like as in elderly not older than him. lol.

Too Into Dancing to Argue (ENBB), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:38 (sixteen years ago)

Norma Jean & Marilyn was the best

akm, Friday, 6 March 2009 17:39 (sixteen years ago)

Too Into Dancing to Argue (ENBB), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:40 (sixteen years ago)

i always thought it would be hard to be wynonna judd for that reason :(

horseshoe, Friday, 6 March 2009 17:41 (sixteen years ago)

christy turlington-ed burns shit

DUDE - are you comparing Bolton to Ed Burns? At least Burns is pretty good looking!

Too Into Dancing to Argue (ENBB), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:41 (sixteen years ago)

i only mean that she was just old enough for me to see that there was too much of a gap between us, i guess - she had Grown Folks type concerns and i was still walking around in a Nintendo hoodie - that made her seem more unattainable to me than her unbelievable attractiveness

boner state university (cankles), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:41 (sixteen years ago)

Wes HI DEREson (HI DERE), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:42 (sixteen years ago)

Hahaha, I know! lol Grown Folks type concerns.

x-posts Yeah poor Wynonna she must have worked hard to not be bitter.

Too Into Dancing to Argue (ENBB), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:43 (sixteen years ago)

I'm not saying anything about Ed Burns movie making/acting abilities. I'm just asking if a Bolton/Burns comparisson is really fair.

Too Into Dancing to Argue (ENBB), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:43 (sixteen years ago)

It really has to suck to be the daughter in a mother/daughter group and have lots of people assume you are the mother.

Too Into Dancing to Argue (ENBB), Friday, 6 March 2009 17:47 (sixteen years ago)

the thing about ashley judd too is that she seems like she knows how to be a girl's girl, and a guy's girl, all at once

Surmounter, Friday, 6 March 2009 19:43 (sixteen years ago)

i think ashley judd is bff with salma hayek. that is a lot of pretty, as well.

to be a fly on that wall...

Surmounter, Friday, 6 March 2009 19:44 (sixteen years ago)

Torn between "Bug" and "Ruby in Paradise," which, between the two, showcase some pretty great range. Whatever happened to Victor Nuñez? Why didn't he make, like, a bunch more movies?!

Shannon Whirry & the Bad Brains, Friday, 6 March 2009 19:45 (sixteen years ago)

hahahaha now i want a movie where tara reid keeps passing out and waking up next the mutilated corpse's of c-list sitcom actors

rip dom passantino 3/5/09 never forget (max), Friday, 6 March 2009 19:45 (sixteen years ago)

She's BRUTAL in "Frida," though. I like to blame Edward Norton, for some reason.

Shannon Whirry & the Bad Brains, Friday, 6 March 2009 19:45 (sixteen years ago)

o rly i haven't seen frida.

horseshoe, Friday, 6 March 2009 19:46 (sixteen years ago)

i am comfortable with blaming edward norton.

horseshoe, Friday, 6 March 2009 19:46 (sixteen years ago)

Edward Norton and Ed Burns should make a buddy movie.

Wes HI DEREson (HI DERE), Friday, 6 March 2009 19:47 (sixteen years ago)

Ha - Googling her in that movie returns reviews that alternately mention her German/Mexican/Russian accent (she plays an Italian photographer!)

Shannon Whirry & the Bad Brains, Friday, 6 March 2009 19:47 (sixteen years ago)

there was a 2wk period in college when everytime i asked my girlfriends what they were doing, they were about to go watch Frida

ashley judd is mad at mountaintop removal.

(that is not a breast-reduction joke btw.)

i recently watched a movie with her in it where she played a promiscuous cop who feared she was a blackout serial killer but thank god it turned she was only deeply psychologically scarred and being set up, and her constant prettiness throughout her travails was astounding.

i keep forgetting that i need to watch ruby in paradise again. i don't think i've ever seen the entire movie in one sitting

i used to think she was really cute but i think somewhere down the line she acquired that hollywood disease, that freakish thing that happens when you begin to devote tons of money to working on yr looks

laceychabertfan@aol.com (dell), Thursday, 12 March 2009 18:44 (sixteen years ago)

only seen Heat (no memory of her) and Bug, in which she's very fine until it becomes a laughable mess.

Dr Morbius, Thursday, 12 March 2009 19:23 (sixteen years ago)

ruby in paradise is one of my top ten fave movies. so that's how i would vote.

my second choice would be normal life. she is so awesome in that. i love that movie.

i like her in everything though. i've been a fan since sisters. (i never missed an episode)

everyone has seen eye of the beholder, right? hahahahaha, omg, that movie. might be the last truly surreal movie to hit the multiplexes. give or take a depalma flick or two.

Suppose a wolf went on Ashley Judd's property?

What would she do? Coddle the wolf or beg for Sarah Palin to kill it. Ecofascists like Judd support wolves unless it gets in the way of the view from their mansions!

Best Answer - Chosen by Voters
Ashley would invite the wolf into her home. She would feed it and love it and take care of it. Then she would cry and complain, "what did I do wrong" when the wolf showed its true colors and ate her dogs, cats, and various other pets...of course liberals will never learn that some things cannot and will not change...

Ashley Judd is alright in my book. I can't stand Kentucky (the school) or it's head basketball coach, but she's an intelligent, passionate person who has both the right to speak her mind, to talk shit about her team's undefeated season, and to NOT be subjected to idiotic shit from the twitterverse.
