Techie help required for a World Cup sweepstake webpage

So I'm in this World Cup sweepstake that involves having four teams and a nominated goalscorer. 3pts for a win, 1 for a draw, 1 for each team goal scored, 1 for each goal your goalscorer scores. At least 20 people in it.

If I wanted to write a basic webpage for this, is it beyond me? I can do basic HTML, tables etc. But I'd like to not have to update each person's total by hand but instead have some kind of simple back-end to it that would allow me to just enter all the team and goalscorer scores and have all our totals update automatically (and maybe even sorted into a table). can't be done with just a simple webpage - needs some form of database or data file behind it. you could probably do it in Excel quite easily. or i could write you the webpage/database thing since i'm bored
