....

I like Jeffrey Toobin on CNN, though I suppose he is on there now as a political analyst, not a reporter. far as other people who are on news-related shows on TV, this is strange but I actually like Joe Scarborough & the Morning Joe show in general, although he is not a journalist and I disagree with him about 2/3 of the time. I also like Shep Smith, though his show (when not covering stuff like warehouse fires and high speed chases) def pushes conservative talking points fairly often when covering politics. but he's not bad at all, given the state of cable news. I enjoy watching Glenn Beck lately because his show is utterly and completely batshit insane.

Because They Hate Shepard Smith and Want Him to Fail
Welcome to Shep Smith's new home, on the twelfth floor of the News Corp. building, which is Fox News's headquarters in midtown Manhattan. Welcome to what Shep has christened "Studio 12H" and what his colleague, the Sunday news anchor Chris Wallace, calls "Shep's Playroom."

seriously, I love this guy. the best part of his show is the cheerful little outro he does before Cavuto comes on, it's adorable. like the other day.. "Don't say there's no good news! I hear there's breaking news.. Let's see!"

There's something really appealling about the way shepard smith reads the news, regardless of what he says.
