if it had been darker, namely purple, you'd be labeled depressed by the colour psychologists. heeheehi made a ton of baby stuff in purple last year. my husband told me to quit and do something else. was i expressing sth through my choice of knitware?

I'm under no illusions that the painter was more spiritually attuned than others. Many people have hurt on canvas, and his variety just translates better. His slightly dried blood tones are the most moving, for me.

The exact color that results when you color extremely heavily on white butcher paper with a crayola cerulean crayon. Anything less than all of your 6-year-old strength, and bits of white can be seen, thus ruining the effect.
