it's extremely grumpy-old-mannish but im comfortable with that.

Sometimes find Lee uncomfortable because his timing and delivery always make me lol even when I deeply disagree with whatever he's saying.

his Asher D "you've seen them, the rap singers" bit is pretty great

think I was on one of the tables to the left of him at the start but then they cut to all stuff from the one I didn't go to

It reminded me of his Tom O'Connor bit from 41st best stand up. Good to see him back on the telly.

I liked this, and I never want to hear the words 'wabi sabi' ever again.

If you run your bittorrents through the set, does that count?

Thrills as Cheap as Gas (Oilyrags), Monday, 16 March 2009 22:53 (sixteen years ago)

I am watching Sportscene live on actual television. Hearts' goalkeeper is every bit as funny as Stewart Lee, in a totally different way.

liked the stewart lee, but there were some really hackneyed jokes - like the only person to have written more books than he's read jibe against moyles, and saying you can read russell brand's book and dismiss it as rubbish or you can save time and dismiss it as rubbish without reading it - aren't these ancient book reviewer zings?

the second one definitely is

I'm sure he does a bit in "41st best stand up" about bbc2 cancelling this show, so i was chuffed to see it appear.

five months pass...

ok that thing about the last days of lehman bros was one of the worst-written things of all time, topped by the worst american accents of all time.
