And when you do, I am saying: THANKS A LOT!
Please tell me the name of the typeface on this record cover:

I don't have an answer, but I thank you for making me go to What the Font today and discover things in my too-large collection that I didn't know I liked. Eagle Light is quite nice.
My guess on the cover is that it's a custom job. But I could very very well be wrong.

14 years later…here ya go, Derek. I have one of your paintings on my wall.

I was able to listen to all of Radio City earlier today at the Memphis Listening Lab. The album I heard may have been vinyl from the collection of Ardent’s John King, since his collection (35,000 records/cds) was donated to start the organization. The set up was pretty redonk and hopefully this link works so you can see it

I lucked out and had the room to myself. Anyway, it sounded amazing, Jody Stephens’ drums especially. Hadn’t listened to it in years since I kinda wore it out ~30 years ago. Reminded me how much I love “Daisy Glaze”

For years I've wondered what's going on electrically in the Red Ceiling photo, like why are there wires going off in three directions from a lightbulb that should be getting its power from the junction box above it? Then I saw it on the vinyl cover which made it larger, and now I could see there's an adapter with two electrical outlets on it plus another lamp socket, into which yet another such adapter is plugged in, this one with a pull chain. Thus, two of the wires are always getting power, whereas the wire on the left side and the light bulb turn on only when the chain is pulled. What, were there no other outlets in the room?
Anyway, I now have my answer (none that are visible, anyway), though the house it was in (508 Macarthur St. in Greenwood, MS) doesn't look that old. Also, is *this* what you expected the rest of the room to look like?
