Kaohsiung. What do you do there?

Everytime I travel, I end up using ILE/ILM to get tips (usually find record stores/flea markets/venues/etc...) but was sad to find no info on Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

Any chance there is an ILE reader out there who might have good advice?

Tips on Taipei also welcome.
