At the conclusion of the three-day hearing, tribunal chairman Edward Richards said Mr Nulty, who was not present, was "a disgrace to the profession".

Also, he was obviously good at his job.
Watchdog type person on the news said they would never get the money back as he’s not broken any laws. All he did was charge a little extra that at the time was not questioned.
He was earning million a month, wow!
