Ally (once the social coordinator) doesn't seem to be interested in dealing with the bullshit that comes with organizing a would-be cluster-fuck such as this. Ally, is this true? Is this going to happen? What's going on?

But if people want recommendations, hey, try PD O'Hurley's, it's a real nice joint. On 72nd and Amsterdam.

Have fun in Brooklyn, though.

Unless you meant Tom's post. Tom will never come here, I am well sure of it. ;)

Get together on Saturday. I can drag Ned briefly. Starting at either 4 or 5pm. One of the following locations:
Bryant Park outdoor bar, which is located at, funnily, Bryant Park. Downside being that it's generally very crowded there.
Doc Watson's, which is on 2nd and 77th, which supposedly has pretty good food too (Never had any there)
PD O'Hurley's, which is on 72nd and Broadway, which has a jukebox full of CHEESY ASS GREAT SHIT and is a pretty nice joint.
Prohibition, which is on Columbus and 86th. It's a nice joint, beware that it is a meet market some nights.
I'm willing to take other suggestions within the city.

I originally thought that Ned was staying on West 76th, he's informed me that he's actually staying on the EAST side so I will be searching out bars near him now, since my original info was wrong/misunderstood. Will update everyone by Wednesday.
ANYHOW, as tempted as I am to say WE'RE GOING TO SCORES now that I realize it's not that far from where Ned's staying, I'm afraid we aren't going to Scores. I've come to two choices, the first couple replies to this on the thread decide which one we go to:
Back Page: I've been here, it's good, there will be no sports going on on Saturday so the crowd won't be annoying jock heads, there are billiards.
Subway Inn: My friend insisted we go there when I asked her for recommendations on the east side. I looked it up on Citysearch and quite frankly it looks fucking savage.
I'm also still throwing out Doc Watson's on 2nd ave, since that's near Ned too and was one of my original suggestions.
All of these places are relatively inexpensive to downright cheap.

Otis, I picked them cos they sounded unbearable, isn't it great? Subway Inn sounds fucking AWESOME, it's probably the best place ever invented.
