A Canuck Religous Studies Major I know is doing her thesis on Hutterites and how they differ from other anabaptists. She is looking for anyone who videotaped the Cinemax special on rumspringa , could they e-mail me off board .

I wish I had taped that. I saw it in my uncle's house in London and - assuming it was the same docu - it was one of the most fascinating things I've ever seen. The Amish shot up in my estimation - I love the idea of them letting their young go out and live a bit before they can decide if the Amish life is really for them.

the young Amishers go mad... driving cars, wearing modern clothes, dealing drugs, casual sex, the works.
