LOL i love how the Age have started to turn into the Hun with lines like "He said he would try to have the taxpayer-funded show cancelled."

They'd never worded it like that once of a time, jesus.

I personally think the skit idea is pretty LOL but I can see why it'd offend ppl.

chk chk BOOM! (Trayce), Thursday, 4 June 2009 00:12 (sixteen years ago)

I mean if it was real sick kids in the skit, that would be fucking sick. But they were actors.... ahh whatever. Chaser's always been about pushing shit as far as they can.

chk chk BOOM! (Trayce), Thursday, 4 June 2009 00:14 (sixteen years ago)

You might as well shut this country down now if it can't "get" black humour.

For fuck's sake, a whole bunch of children are still growing up in poverty in this country and it would only get 0.0000001% of the reaction that this *comedy sketch* is receiving.

Trayce, Wednesday, 10 June 2009 03:21 (sixteen years ago)

(haw hur!) no really it does, if the rain rains *against* it all the water comes in and soaks the carpet wtf, stupid lack of backyard overhang.

Trayce, Wednesday, 10 June 2009 03:21 (sixteen years ago)

In other news, it is nice to know Mikey can still visit us, to boost his own flagging esteem by feeling superior not being here, or something.

Trayce, Wednesday, 10 June 2009 03:23 (sixteen years ago)

roffle

i had leaky back door in my old house, particularly irritating as i did have a proper backyard overhang..

the ring toun (electricsound), Wednesday, 10 June 2009 03:25 (sixteen years ago)

Srsly, I'm tempted to go to a builders supplies or bunnings and buy some kind of elaborate plastic awning thingy to keep the rain off, cos being consigned to the front porch for a durrie is stupid.

I am going to a NRL game tomorrow night while secretly wishing I was at Carlton vs Adelaide!! It's all good, through, we will drink plenty and crack Russell Crowe jokes.

King Boy on Parole (King Boy Pato), Friday, 28 August 2009 08:19 (fifteen years ago)

Well, not secretly wishing but vocally complaining. It's the biggest game of the year in my family with me and my mum (Blues) vs me stepdad (Crows). Winner will have BRAGGIN' rights FOREVER.

King Boy on Parole (King Boy Pato), Friday, 28 August 2009 08:21 (fifteen years ago)

Marcia Hines doesn't want whitey to steal the black man's music, I hear. Personally I think she'd be better off letting it rip at say, The Hilltop Hoods, then a kid doing a RSL-standard cover of a Temptations classic which Barnsey probably did during his "Soul Deep" la belle epoque.

King Boy on Parole (King Boy Pato), Friday, 28 August 2009 12:16 (fifteen years ago)

Sand Pebbs and Black Cab were awesomesauce. Did not enjoy Espy security staff being cunce, had forgot theyre like that (they stole my drink because I dared wander out on the porch with it ffs). Ron Peno even got up and sang a song with em.

I'm bloody sore and exhausted now.

eh, its only cause we had a weird middle-month semi rent due and my payday falls just *after* the rents due (so does R's) but yeah, bit annoyed... all good though, it'll settle. We can cover it, just a day or 2 late is all.

man, haven't had dece massage in aaaages

generally sore in the ribs on the right side. right palm and 'little finger' side of hand too - thinking this copped most of the impact. there's a light sorta bruise there but it wouldn't be obvious if you weren't looking. have given things a push but there's no sharp pain that'd suggest a break anywhere.

Korg Boy Polysix (haitch), Tuesday, 1 September 2009 01:56 (fifteen years ago)

I fell flat on my face/hands/knees once (tripped over drunk in the dark on a footpath, lol) and that made me sore in all my ligaments like elbows and shoulders for at least a week afterwards, just from the heavy jarring.
