I like the sound of "ö" (especially in Swedish), so I'll go for that. "Ü" looks cool, but it sounds just like the Finnish "y", so it's kinda boring.

In Finnish, the word for "wedding night" is hääyö. Try to pronounce that!

Btw, it's pains my ears when non-German people use the word "über", but pronounce the "ü" like "u". There's some Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy tune that does that. If you want to use foreign words, learn how to pronounce them.
