how important are routines and habits to you? i function better when i can lock into a routine and i prefer them in my personal life to - i.e. drinking gatorade at lunch every day and a soda at dinner, or watching the same succession of tv shows every night. i guess they give me benchmarks in my day and/or things to look forward to? idk. anyway, what about you?

I'm kinda at my best when I'm following some kind of routine. If I hit a Monday and try to get up and exercise and schedule time to write and make myself lunch before I go into work I'm that much more likely to do those things throughout the week.
