a booter is someone who disconnects you from a chat room or resets your computer while you are in a chat room plus they have other boot programs that can type in the chat room that can do strange things to the room...go to yahoo chat with yahoo messenger and you will find out what a booter can do (ypager errors up the arse) the uk rooms are full of booters.....
