Soooo Im buying an artists lottery ticket! - ie putting in a grant application.

Its a hell of alot of money to study postgrad overseas ( Im not in the UK or America) and even though I know the big schools like goldsmiths etc, Im just wondering if Ive overlooked something valuable? 'a school of brilliant staff and facilities set in idyllic close to cultural centre wonderland'. I studied photomedia but I make shit out of um office supplies bacically, so I need a progressive faculty that will allow me to toss off in whatever direction I fancy.

('loose' not 'looses' moral values, AND I spelled my email address wrong in the original question- I need pre-school more than art school.) I have just been looking at Schools in NY why havent I heard of these names? School of Visual Arts? is it Dudley, is all the good art mentoring on the west coast? before anyone tells me its not the school that matters if you are a creative genius... yes it is!

SVA is a school here in nyc... Cooper Union, too. Also Pratt Institute in B'klyn.
