All right, Bay Area types, I will again be lurking in San Francisco for a couple of days, June 28 through 30. I say we try another get-together if so desired, especially involving people I've not met yet like Alex in SF. Some afternoon thing on the 29th, maybe? Thorts?

two weeks pass...

Okay, just wanted to kick this up again since the 29th is just a few days away now. I'll be e-mailing everyone directly as well -- I was thinking maybe mid-afternoon or so, let's say 2-3 pm for a start? I'll be coming from the south part of the Mission District near Cesar Chavez -- since there are some underage/teetotaling folks here, are there any reasonable suggestions that could cover everybody? Let me know!

Hmmn. I can't think of a rocking coffee/lounge shop type place off the top of my head, but there is certainly plenty of decent enough stuff on Valencia St or nearby (which should be easy to BART to).

Okay, just to update for anyone joining who I haven't talked to directly -- right now it looks like the line-up is Sean, Arthur, Alex in SF, Kris and hopefully Honda. Jen can't make it and I haven't heard back from Leee -- Honda sez that he doesn't want to be an impediment to the rest of us just getting together at a bar or something, so that can be kept in mind, but personally the more the merrier! Arthur figures he'll be in town by 4 pm -- if we can decide on a place today, he sez that'll help him with directions by looking it up on Yahoo beforehand.
