Cesc Fabregas has told Arsene Wenger today that he wants to quit Arsenal.

The Spain midfielder held talks with Wenger about his future today and told the Gunners boss he wants to leave.

Fabregas had already said he wanted his future at the Emirates decided before the World Cup, even though he still had four years left on his current contract.

Wenger wanted the player he signed from the Barcelona Youth team to commit to another two years at Arsenal, but instead he received the news all Gunners fans feared.
