It's like a lovefest when these guys get together.

Also Precription for Truth.

Love what they did there.

Ned Trifle II, Friday, 14 August 2009 10:30 (sixteen years ago)

PRESCRIPTION for truth dammit.

And you wonder why he's only an MEP and not an MP

Aw naw, no' Annoni oan an' aw noo (Tom D.), Friday, 14 August 2009 10:33 (sixteen years ago)

I'm sure quite a few MPs agree with him.

Ned Trifle II, Friday, 14 August 2009 10:38 (sixteen years ago)

Of course, and a lot of the Shadow Cabinet too, but they all have to keep their mouths shut this side of an election, he can say what he likes

Aw naw, no' Annoni oan an' aw noo (Tom D.), Friday, 14 August 2009 10:39 (sixteen years ago)

If he doesn't realise these guys are laughing at him behind his back then he's an even bigger idiot than he first appears

Aw naw, no' Annoni oan an' aw noo (Tom D.), Friday, 14 August 2009 10:52 (sixteen years ago)

I don't think they are (but maybe I'm an even bigger idiot) - they seem to like him. Why would they - he's saying exactly what they want him to say?

I'm more interested in Hannan's gameplan. He's spend a week spouting off out there. Maybe he was expecting a bit more support from his party?

Ned Trifle II, Friday, 14 August 2009 11:03 (sixteen years ago)

He's a little Limey faggot monkey they bring on to dance to their tune, they wouldn't give the time of day otherwise

I doubt he's expecting any support and not he's not going to get any, he likes being on television

LOL right wing Britishes who are in love with America

Aw naw, no' Annoni oan an' aw noo (Tom D.), Friday, 14 August 2009 11:13 (sixteen years ago)

I'm kind of surprised he hasn't had more support. Every newspaper for ever has been filled with tales of NHS woe and all I ever hear is people moaning about it. I spend half my life (complete exaggeration there) arguing with people how seem to think that visiting hospital will lead to their immediate demise from some 'superbug'.

Ned Trifle II, Friday, 14 August 2009 11:20 (sixteen years ago)

They might moan about it but they still support it and the principle of it... or, if they are Tory front benchers, they lie about still supporting it and the principle of it

Aw naw, no' Annoni oan an' aw noo (Tom D.), Friday, 14 August 2009 11:22 (sixteen years ago)

It's like when families argue about the alcoholic uncle at a wedding. That's fine, but no one outside the family is allowed to criticize him.

caek, Friday, 14 August 2009 12:44 (sixteen years ago)

In case it wasn't clear, in this metaphor the NHS is the alcohol, I am the uncle, and the War of 1812 is the wedding.

Twat strikes again

To be fair to him, he is only being honest, Enoch Powell is probably second only to Thatch in popularity and regard in the modern Conservative Party

Aw naw, no' Annoni oan an' aw noo (Tom D.), Thursday, 27 August 2009 15:00 (sixteen years ago)

To be fair to him, I would let him have the first punch.
