i saw a guy get tased about ten times this summer outside my store. it was freaky.

um, i mean he got tased all at once about ten times. i didn't see the same guy get tased ten different times.

I hosted a show by some friends in town and this dude (late 20's, almost 6', african american) was taking a leak behind the venue and he got cuffed, peppersprayed, AND tasered. They had to take him out in an ambulance. People had been pissing back there all night. His brother's band was supposed to play, too, but that didn't happen. It was shitty.

i think cops might like their tasers a little too much. i'm sure they are ,uh, useful and all, but they also know they can use them a ton and not kill someone. or leave, like, marks.

Yeah, a kid died here in mid-missouri earlier this year in a taser incident.
We've got a new sheriff in town (lol) and cops are going bananas.

They're just like anything else, they need to be used properly by trained personnel. Thing is with a taser even if you use it improperly you might not kill the suspect.
