Help with Education Law Homework

I have this class called "Children in Schools," which is an introductory course for ethics and law of public education.

The ESOL certification standards are integrated into several education classes here, and I am asking for assistance with one.

I would like to talk to someone who is a student, or was recently a student, whose nationality is not American, but who lives in the U.S.

I would be asking 12 simple interview questions about background and education experience, which could be done via instant message.
