How can we be sure this is not the devil's spawn? I only ask because there is so much of this going around these days.

its really me. I figured since im not working, i might as well come back here. So i've had a crazy last couple of years. We did lose the baby first time around, then finally on our last attempt of IVF it worked. Sept 4 08, Cole was born. Unfortunately a week after his birth my wife was the one of 1 out of 2500 women that ends up with post partum psychosis. Needless to say the following two weeks were spent visiting my wife in the locked unit of the mental hospital. I lost 50 pounds in a month. And finally after years of laying dormant my OCD kicked into high gear. It was a rough two to three months at home, but we pulled through. My wife made a 100 percent recovery and so did I. with that said we are having a ball raising our boy. he's a joy. In april i finally got laid off from stock broker hell, it was a blessing in disguise and i got full pay until last week. of course now, i need a job...im getting a bit bored and stir crazy. Plus my damn severence ran out. So yeah i disappeared but now im back.

So whats new here? I see a few people I recognize are still here, Ned, Nick, Trayce, tuomas...are dan, nickalicious, bryan, tombot still around?

Oh my gosh, post partum psychosis. I heard about it in a lecture. It seems frightening. Even the nurse said it was just so sad to witness. (This was part of: babies are fun, but sometimes things occur that are no fun. I prefer the baby blues. Those were horrible already.

I can only say: I am happy you are back, happy you are doing well (the THREE of you - I am so happy to say cause I knew you were TTC),... You rock, dude.

Sounds like you've been through rough times, I'm glad that things are better now. And it's wonderful to hear you finally did manage to get pregnant, your son looks adorable!
