I've been forwarded that pavement art stuff so many times. What I don't get is why people have gathered at the other side. What do they think they're looking at?

i used to be able to see that peeling facade one from my office in toronto. i think you can see it in the background in a few scenes of cronenberg's the fly too.

in what movie(s) have they used this? like, maybe some horror/psychokiller crimescene where the camera recalibrates and all of a sudden you can see "im not finished" spelled out in blood or something. im sure ive seen that kind of thing...?

yes! amazing what they did with that. and labrynth! i guess too the innumerable stairways to to the clouds and stretching highways and other hand-made backdrop fx from that era/staged drama.
