anyway, had pumpkin carving party with the black label and the wine and the mulled cider. results!

started out as an Abbath pumpkin, then started to be just a general corpsepaint attempt, then it became whatever it is now.

the last time i carved a pumpkin i had a strange allergic reaction and my eyes swelled up and watered a lot. i think it was pesticides?

pumpkins, to me, are like the grossest things ever.

yet, jack-o-lanterns are the coolest holiday tradition ever.

i walk a hard and lonely road.

i have some pumpkin seeds but i don't really like them. they are not as good as when you roast them yourself.

it's sagging so badly now that I had to prop up the delicate parts with toothpicks and put the whole thing in the freezer to keep it from collapsing. weird because I just carved it last night.

and doesn't the golden rule basically amount to 'what is inedible to you, do not dispense to your fellow man?' I feel your pain (Whoppers, Halloween 2014) but imho this is cosmic justice at its finest.

Well my longer lost post was surely even more karmically apt, cos I mentioned how I actually went through ALL THE SWEETIES and separated them into 2 bags, the rank ones to give out first (including P**** V*****s, which are more a punishment than a prize imo), and the edible ones which don't taste of perfume, to only deploy in the case of hectic business. I also had a bunch of Marvel character Kinder toys, cos I have to keep buying them cos I'm still short a Hulk and I keep getting fucking Iron Men, and the children of the estate are welcome to the doubles if they bothered to chap my door but I have a feeling I have somehow transitioned to Creepy Old Dude in the eyes of the mammies in the past 12 months.

I think I consumed about 4,000 fewer calories this Halloween because I stocked up on Nerds, Gobstoppers, and Sweet-Tarts instead of the usual Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
