does the mold-related litigation involve death? or what is the deal cuz it seems like there are quite a few lawyers out there working with toxic mold related illness cases.

yknow, in construction defect type of work, ive heard of all sorts of claims for-- crazy sounding mold illnesses. probly should hit gbx on those, i dunno.

in this case im working on some product defect claims, no personal injuries tho.
