What are the best clubs and record shops in Houston, Texas

Welcome! You are probably wondering if this hellish weather will continue - well it will, until september. But winters are nice! Houston, as far as i know, and I dont know much, is slim pickens. The best cd stores according to common thought are the Soundwaves on Montrose, and Cactus records which is nearby but i cant remember where. If you get super desperate you can of course drive to Waterloo records in Austin, which probably the closest really great record store. Sorry, I wish it werent so. We have a great symphony if you're into that tho.
