mine mostly involve foreign countries (primarily India, where it was more like a "tip" than a proper bribe)

I don't think I have ever bribed anyone. That includes the guy who had to judge if I was good enough to drive. I was all ready to hand'em some of my blood diamonds (from our shop) but he said I was good to go before my hand was in my pocket.

the only time I really bribed anyone was when I paid a dude at a 7-11 not to call the cops after one of my friends got high for the first time and ran a mile home with a stolen box of nutter butters, but that was more like paying for a box of nutter butters than a bribe

came up from my small college town with a friend to see a show in the big city. i parked in the nearest ramp w/o paying much attention, turns out it was for a hospital. since i wasn't a registered patient or visitor the charge for my evening was some astronomical amount that i didn't have on me. my friend kept trying to tell the kid in the booth we'd just pay him directly whatever we had, i kept interrupting and trying to say if he let me out i'd park in the street and run to an atm. there were cars behind us. eventually the kid got fed up and charged us the visitor rate.
