Have you ever posted anything when you were drunk, and later regretted it?

I have realised this site doesn't have an Edit option. This may present a problem for me, so I will be very careful about what I say from now on. It's not that I like a drink or anything.......but sometimes I'm just very, very tired ;-)

I was wondering if any of you had Posted Under The Influence and later wished you hadn't bothered?

Sometimes I rather wish I could ask Tom to systematically delete every single one of my posts. It's always so horrifying to realize that everything I say here is google-able by my email address.

I can delete the things I post drunk ha ha!

I usually dont though as they're only mildly embarrassing. Once I splenetically attacked a perfectly pleasant ILM regular though and deleted it 5 minutes later as I realised I was being cuntish.

I do post drunk sometimes. I think I did an alcohol thread on ILM once (while I was suffering from the most GODAWFOOOL hangover EVER). Usually I just annoy AIM people when I am online and under the influence.

probably. i also have a poor memory, which helps me to forget i did anything regrettable. conclusion: more booze, less responsibility.

Every morning when I log on the first thing I do is check my sent mail folder, peering between the fingers of the hands I place over my eyes to protect me from the shameful missives I almost certainly posted the night before while under the influence of some substance or other. I have never posted anything to ILE that I didn't regret. This, in conjunction with the fact that I am almost always drunk (it's not that I knock back a lot of booze, it's just that the beer seems to react with my body to produce a state not dissimilar to drunkenness - medical results are pending) means I can answer a whole hearted

Fortunately, the other side effect of the beer reaction is that my memory has a span of about 15 seconds, so I forget the shame in under a minute. What was the question again?
