I thought mistakenly that if something was lightweight I could take any, any amount of it and nothing would happen. Tbh nothing really did happen, but I am sure I was taking too much and needed to not take so much. Dont' take tons of caffeine pills while drinking tons of coffee, imo!? Who would have thought

WELLL....

Adderall got me through finals in college on more than one occasion, but I can't stand the hangover. Feeling all nauseous and headachey the next day. I don't know. I sometimes enjoy the feeling of being over-caffeinated. It sometimes makes me feel srsly manic, which sometimes is enjoyable and other times is troublesome. Adderall, as well as being a great motivator, seems to give me an incredible feeling of well-being & contentment, and I could see it becoming psychologically addictive; luckily I don't have to write papers anymore, or work overnights, or even know where I'd get it.

cant see why anyone does coke when adderall exists

I've never done any of these which is probably a good thing since speed is probably one of the last things I really need. Also, I liked coke way to damn much to fuck with anything that might have a remotely similar effect. Downing an obscene amount of caffeine works for me these days.

i'm with you. i loved coke once upon a time and i do love even the gross aspects of being wired for some strange reason. so i stay away from everything except coffee. i used to love the over the counter ephedrine stuff for work years ago even though i knew it was no good for me. xenadrine? something like that. they sold it at vitamin stores. then they took it out of the ingredients so i didn't buy it anymore. i miss it in cold medicine though. damn methheads. when you have a cold there is nothing better if you have to work.

and by gross aspects i just mean that i used to enjoy doing drugs for hours on end and getting all itchy and smoking 4000 cigarettes and being all crazed and stuff. this was a zillion years ago. i was probably made for meth.

x-post Yeah, I pretty much don't do any drugs anymore because I like them too much and recognize my addictive personality and just know that things could get very very bad if I ever did. It's pretty much that fear/knowledge that stopped me from ever really becoming addicted to anything or trying certain things in the first place.

you never did any sort of drug? i smoked weed but sporadically. drugs leave kinda cold. I am very interested but ultimately I never tried/try.

Vivarin pretty much got me through 1st qtr freshman year of college, but the comedown off that stuff is terrible. Feels like the DTs only you know you didn't get any sloppy anonymous sex the night before.

Besides the fact it makes you a less charming person, it also gives you bad skin, but is effective for weight loss.

I have NEVER understood the caffeine = weight loss thing. Coffee and tea both make me ravenously hungry.

What I mean to say is: I would not diet by taking laxatives.

Losing weight by having the shits is no way to go, take it from me. Before having surgery for colitis my skeleton record was 85 pounds (I'm 5'4")

Coffee at work, tea at home now. Coffee is great for working. Tea is good for relaxing, although it can make me very meanspirited if I overindulge.

worked night shifts through college for 3 years- if i was ever gonna get into mind altering substances that would have been the choice period alright.

spent an entire night snorting adderall and smoking pot. instead of going out to party my friend and I ended up playing board games obsessively for about 6 hours. the next few days felt like total hell, like the deepest fatigue I've ever felt.

in the last month i have learned
adderall + wellbutrin = some new level of hell
adderall + xanax = being woken up by colleague at 2pm after passing out in cubical on conference call that started hours earlier
adderall + valium = perfection for contented productivity

btw will trade all for percocet
