I emailed Mark Prindle to make a song and he said the same thing! (I think it was a polite way of saying no)
You can get a very cheap condenser mic for the computer for about 99cents. Also, if you have a ratty pair of headphones, you can shout into those, and they should operate like a very bad mic (not sure if yelling at them will damage the headphones).

What do people normally use to share mp3s? sendspace? I figure if the recipients want to share them, they'll share them somehow.
