just watched all that jazz, thinkin abt glamour, feel like its on the wane. everything is behind the scenes cynical and democratic. no one wants to be wowed and entranced anymore. you know what was glamourous, the heavy weight champ.
anyway dont want to make too big a deal abt relative eras of glamour, its just kinda a compelling quality to think abt regardless. something is amazing and unobtainable, and youre energized and comforted by that. you have stars in yr eyes.

tildes are cool and casual, not really glamorous. i think what should have been used instead is additional asterisks. asterisks lend a certain glitz by way of their resemblance to stars - the most glamorous celestial bodies of all!
