Started this around week 3 based on already not really having trouble doing 20-30 pushups. Have done the first day and second day twice each, and have to admit I'm a little sore (although I didn't take rest days because I didn't realize I was supposed to). Anyway, starting this thread for the simple purpose that we can each log our progress in respective programs plus it will be a good reminder to see it on the new answers page.

I'm on a 4 week plan right now to rebuild myself for this wedding I'm going to next month. Two days in and I'm sore as FUCK and was exhausted earlier today after waiting too long between meals.
