i have 6 this next year. i feel unloved like i am a failure. like everyone is getting married and there is no equivlant for faggots. and i loved him and now hes gone. im sorry everyones sick of me bitching, but i am really really depressed about this.

i thought gay folks got married all the time. i'm not being snotty either, i just really have that impression. i mean at least having ceremonies... who gives a crap about whether the government "approves" or not. of course it matters, but not as far as the relationship is concerned, i'd hope.

from what i can tell, weddings are fun! pretty much everyone is drunk, dancing, looking good and ready to party.

Whenever I say that (at weddings or elsewhere) everyone shouts at me. But it's true! I dunno. Couples eh. Forcing us to all fork out on a new outfit + present just so they can parade around in posh gear prattling on about how much they love each other. Very thoughtful.

My mother's family is huge (catholic Ireland was a wonderful place) and so when someone on that side gets married the amount of wealthy relatives buying pints ensures the wedding is non stop fun. I guess my brother's wedding will be better still because I actually know the person he's getting married to and lots of his friends. I'm just glad I have another bro between me and the groom who has to make the witty speech etc.

I asked my mother if it would be alright if I eloped and she said she would pay me to elope. Sounds like a plan to me. Now I just need to trick someone into liking me.

Of course, I don't even like the idea of marriage so what do I care?
