we're "cheery" and "nice"
there's a difference
Jesus Christ I have just seen the worst scene I've ever seen on TV
one "Minnesota" high school teen teasing another about her meth cooker dad
I know: sounds like a recipe for a great show
these kids have never been north of west covina tho, they sound like 90210 casting call castoffs

Now you boys, you just sit yourselves down and enjoy this show for a bit. These people worked very hard to entertain you and you should be more grateful.

Have been re-watching Lost on Hulu of late & as such have seen the preview trailer for this way way way way too many times (don't even get me started on that smug motherfucker shilling 5-Hour Energy drinks to his office co-workers).
ime this show looks pretty gimmicky & obvious & lame - like a Michael Bay-produced horror-remake version of Twin Peaks or thereabouts

ike a Michael Bay-produced horror-remake version of Twin Peaks or thereabouts

I apologize for this thread

you might think of taking it at face value

i will keep an eye out, but i'm suspicious. i mean why would you call it happy town then? i'm not prepared for that kind of irony.

Superficially, this appears to be a happy enough town to warrant being called Happy Town, but if u scratch the surface even just a little bit, the town is revealed to actually be Sad Town.

jjusten I can only cite an expired coupon, that I drew, and made up, in a comic, but it is in fact a Canadian town.
