As you probably know, the server we run ILX on is hosted in Canada, and we pay the hosting costs yearly each June. We're paid up until June 30th, so need to start thinking about next year's fees.
The costs for hosting for 2010-2011 are going to be $1200/£850. My plan just now is to run another funding drive, probably next week, to see if we can raise the cash ourselves again. I'm looking around for options on that just now -- the currency conversion fees were quite high last time.

actually, instead of having an annual drive to reach funds, would it be possible to set up an ILX fund so that those of us who want to contribute can do so as and when as opposed to missing out due to the limited time scope when the appeal goes out.and then should it come to the cut off time and there isn't enough cash in the pot, then a message goes out to all ?or is that entering into a whole new area of trouble legally re tax/company law etc ?
