No, I am as well - or at least make it tight. England have been a bit pedestrian, both batting and bowling, and I can't help thinking it would be deserved. I was hoping Bangladesh would get a few more runs and hang around slightly longer on the Monday at Lord's.

Rain apparently due on Monday at Old Trafford, showers tomorrow as well.

This planning for the hook, then Bangladesh obliging doesn't make for a great battle.

i think strauss wont fancy batting last on the pitch so will bat again tbh. 3 days left. No doubt Botham & co will want them to bowl.

Of course if its overcast so the conditions are great for swinging then put them in, but if its sunshine and warm and great batting conditions go out and score 350 and have the best part of 2 days to bowl them out.

i'd put them in again. the weather here is very humid and likely to stay that way. showers forecast too so keep bangladesh on the back foot.

it's raining this morning and likely to be cloudy with high humidity for a good part of the day. make them bat again: they're 200 behind to start with and england can't win unless they take 20 wickets. better to try and get those wickets now than set an improbable target and lose out to the weather on days 4 and 5.

The pitch is only going to get worse to bat on, however Bangladesh have to score 300 to make us chase something approaching difficult and I can't see it.
