Time for a new meme. Somebody on Mark S's favorite list, snuggles (aka the Negativland list) said that his boss asked him this very question having downloaded some Japanese commercial thing or the like, I haven't checked yet myself. Logically, somebody has already made this quote into a T-shirt.

Okay, I've got the story a little more straight now -- boss was a Japanese expatriate, the music heard was some sort of glitch mp3. Still, I love the question, it's so innocent.
