There was a Will Ferrel-era SNL skit where a movie theater is showing all these trailers before starting the feature-presumably a comedy-and every one of them features "I Feel Good". It's really funny. So I guess you could say "I Feel Good" for any comedy trailer.

The Scream movies used it. In the first Hellboy movie there some band doing a version of it in the background during one scene.

Yeah, I was gonna mention Hellboy, but I'd forgotten it was in Screams too.
