On hot days, mine gives off the odor of slightly rancid ice-cream, but I've never spilled ice-cream in it.

Mine had a leak for a while, so there's a faint mildewy smell. And lately, whenever I turn on the A/C, it smells like something crawled up in there and died. I need a new car.
