I really, really need to get my reading skills up to scale before I get to graduate school. I even talked to a psychologist about doing some learning assessment tests, but sort of forgot about that since.

but seriously, reading books every day is of utmost importance, imho. today i finished one book, continued reading another one that i'd started, and also found myself engrossed in the April 2010 issue of Harper's. and i'll probably read more when i am falling asleep. so.

sometimes i cry clutching my master's degree, too.

i mean, i like write twitter updates and facebook things for a fashion company, so it's not like i'm totally in some degrading situation, but when i was working that coffeeshop job for a while, i wanted to punch the world in the face. especially when some rich berkeley fuck mis-pronounced "nicoise." get a fucking clue.
