With apologies for any egregious omissions.

Sherry, Stout, Bloody Mary, Champagne

hard to get anywhere near as worked up about these as the food threads. booze is booze. sherry over tom collins cuz it's useful in cooking and as a mixer. plus my grandma took it. stout over irish cuz i prefer bourbon. bloody mary over syrah due to personal fondness, though i'm sure i'm comitting a grave error of philistinism. finally champagne over bitter cuz there are so many roughly comparable beers, but champagne = champagne.

I suspect they will get more interesting as the rounds progress and the weak are weeded out.

Tom Collins, Irish Whiskey, Bloody Mary, Bitter

dont care much about TC but sherry is ugh, irish whiskey is one of the best things ever and stouts have gotten overcrowded imo, bloody mary is like a health drink with booze brought down by god to show us just how wonderful life can be, pro level drunks know that champagne hangover is like getting your head kicked in by a mule.

booze is booze

What the hell?

Anyway -

Tom Collins, Stout, Bloody Mary, Bitter.

Some explanations for these. I like sherry (presumably including madeira in this?) but ultimately I'm not really a fortified wine man, mainly because of the bloody awful hangovers. And my gran was a Tom Collins woman, and me and my brothers got utterly shitted on them at a birthday of hers a while back. In honour of her, then. (Although she was a massive sherry drinker too).

Stout, because I like it, and it offers something for those days where you want to pretend what you're drinking is in some way wholesome, but not a nice choice for those as like Irish whiskey, which I tend not to drink in favour of the Scotch (tho it's been good whenever I've had some).

Bloody Mary cos it's a refreshing variant on how to get alcohol into your system, and I syrah/shiraz ain't my bag generally.

Final one was hardest. I would completely drink a glass of champangne every morning if I could, like John Mortimer. At it's best it is a fantastic tasting drink.

However life without bitter would be insupportable. It is my meat, drink, and a low alcohol bitter will produce a night of conviviality like no other. Long term, profound drunkeness, and can also be drunk through the day with positive effect. Also, Adnams of the prince of all drinks anywhere, so much so that I would ascribe magical qualities to it. It would be in my top ten of anything, let alone drinks.

This was kinda tough for me! But went with Tom, stout, Mary, champagne.

Hilariously, my mom -- who's never been much of a drinker beyond wine with dinner -- has gotten REALLY into Bloody Marys in the last year or so.
